perspective

i really dont think i understand how blessed i am. God shows me the world in a totally different perspective now and everything makes complete sense. sometimes when i try talking to people and they dont understand the way i see things i get upset but i have to realize that everyone is looking at the same picture differently. without my new found perspective i know i'd be so lost in this world, thanks God.

and heres a picture my friend i met randomly after high school showed me. its our first grade class at wilshire place elementary school. i had no idea he was in my class, small world. try to find me! *hint/ im next to the guy who wet himself HAHAHAA!

The Sketchbook Project

so the sketchbook project is a public gallery of sketchbooks from all around the world pretty much. so you buy a sketchbook off these guys and submit it to them after and they take it around to different cities and have public galleries. i thought it was pretty neat so im thinking about doing it, sounds like fun! you guys should all submit one too. its not a competition or anything its just for fun and for the sake of art haha.

IM FINALLY DONE!! i just finished printing, foamcoreing and packing up all my pieces for The COUNTER burger (my one and only client for my advertising class at art center). i printed everything out yesterday at kinkos (for $27) and when i got my prints back they were discolored, cut off and funky! but the lady was nice so i didnt wanna be a dick and ask for a refund. but in my prints i saw so many little screw ups that i missed so i had to go back and fix everything (non-photoshopers just ignore the next sentences) and since i had flattened my images all my layers were gone. i had to go back to the original and remake every single layer till i made a new original. but yeah i went to this place called Ace Graphics on olympic and got everything printed for $15, color was 100% better than kinkos but i think their ink was running out cause i started seeing the little line things. but they were good enough to use so i got my super 77 and foam core and got to work! i have pretty much 4 different mediums; web, iphone app, magazine and MAGNETS! last class is this tuesday but since im going camping tomorrow and coming back tuesday todays pretty much my last working day. heres what i got!

so ive wanted a motorcycle for quite some time now and now im really thinking about it. maybe its not that bad of an idea? i want to get a cafe racer type bike. they were pretty popular in the 60's70's in europe. im looking around on ebay craigslist and whatever shaddy website i can find! im still thinking it through but if i get this bike... man oh man ill be one happy camper!

Fujifilm instax mini50S

i really wanted a polaroid camera and this might be it! its the new fujifilm mini50S. its coming out in september in japan. this camera has cool functions like slow sync flash, double shutter and double self-timer. i dont like polaroids cause there so girly but this bad boy looks manly enough i think haha
