no more fishing

so today i went fishing at marina del rey with my cousin.... again. seems like all i do these days is fish fish fish so im gonna take a break. even when im home im online looking at different fishing stuff to buy, its pretty sad. today was a pretty good/frustrating day for me. i was able to hook 3 fish but all three of them snapped my line (the fish were too heavy). today we were fishing for some halibut and im pretty sure i had a halibut on. my cousin on the other hand caught 2 halibut but none of them were legal size (22inches) so we had to release them. i got home at like 5 and knocked out and i missed my class, damn. im going to try to get my priorities straight! anyways heres a video, the big black dude was hilarious!

i checked out City Hall Coffee Shop on montrose with some friends this morning and i was disappointed. i really wanted to like this place its very homey/cozy and old school but the food just wasnt all that. i really liked the inside decor and stuff, its all these college flags and sport flags. nice looking place too bad foods whatevers.

this past sunday i was suppose to go to La Jolla and fish on a kayak. but something came up so we couldnt go to la jolla, instead my cousin and i went to San Pedro where we fished on a half day boat. my cousin caught 2 barracuda and 4 calico bass, i had 0 keepers. believe it or not it was my first charter boat trip, and im HOOKED! i loved it even though i only caught one fish im so ready to go again! haha





also i went to WAL-MART the other day and saw they had the iphones on display. too bad it was just a cardboard piece with a print on it lol i just thought that was worth a laugh

its for class i swear...

so for my art center class im doing an advertisement for sharpie and i need a picture of a saggy boob... not like the whole boob showing everything but like yeah. its tough i dont know how im going to execute this one. i cant go up to a random person and ask "hey can i take a picture of your boob?" so im in a tough spot. if anyone has any suggestions on what i can do i would REALLY REALLY appreciate it haha and i dont want to use pictures off google cause i want to use this as one of my portfolio piece so i want original work. other companies im working on are...

yesterday i had one of the best food trucks ever! its called KOMODO. my church called them so they came and we had the truck for about 2 hours all you can eat! i think i had about 7 tacos, i tried em all and then some! haha the chicken and komodo are the best.





after that we went to jewel city in glendale and bowled. i lost it, i use to be good :(

Grunion Running!

so last night i went to santa barbra with my cousin to fish. we got there at like 11 and we saw a bunch of people with flashlights walking on the beach. when we got to the shore we saw all these fish swimming on shore so me and my cousin joined the party! it was kinda like this..

this was so fun! i had a blast and if you deep fry these suckers i heard there amazing :) so anyone wanna go grunion running with me? haha

FUNFACT: these grunions are coming on shore because theyre laying eggs in the sand.
