so last year in my art class i did a project for a bike company and designed these pants with a reflective material on the inside of ---the cuff.


i was looking through some blogs and i saw this! MY IDEA!! maybe someone came and saw my presentation and jacked my idea!

Clambake again?

so yesterday the youth group went for another clambake at bolsa chica beach near huntington. it was such a nice day for the beach. we got there pretty late and couldnt find a pit cause everyone had already picked one up but we brought our own little (big) gas burner so we could have lunch. we got 2 lobsters and a crap load of clams. food was amazing... as usual. we just hung around playing volleyball and some football then we went into the water and attempted to boogeyboard...i think julia drank about a gallon of salt water that day but im sure she had fun doing it! haha weird thing about the sand on their beach is that its really rocky and hard right when you get in and its also very deep. but once you go out deeper into the water the ground turns into perfectly smooth nice sand and its shallow again. i dont know i thought i was pretty cool. anyways it was lots of fun then we went to main street and had WaHOOS. the end.

until i find that special someone i guess ill have to settle for watches like this from Raised by Wolves. This watch is $28 bucks and comes in three different colors! i feel like i have too many of these digital watches i think its time for me to buy a more "mature" watch like this one from NIXON

SVA or AC?

so yesterday i got a package from SVA (school of visual arts)
i guess i requested a catalog but i dont remember when.
anyways this thing is so nice! i want to go here just cause the catalog.
i still dont know if i want to go to art center or somewhere else in ny maybe.
that reminds me, i have class today and i havent started my assignments.. fudge

ALL YOU CAN EAT RACE!

so last saturday was the all you can eat race hosted by STRYKER LA. 6 checkpoints around LA (chinatown, ktown, little tokyo, etc) and you have to eat the food they give you there. i think a guy with a mile counter on his bike said we rode for about 25+ miles. all the food was salty and none of the stops had water so it was pretty tough. i finished 6th out of 36 i think and i got a few shirts. it was a blast! i cant wait to go again.. but im still alittle sore so it might be a while.

Ultimate Camping Watch

so if you dont know im a huge outdoors kind of a guy (thats why im so dark) and im looking to buy a new watch that'll support my daily needs! so i was looking and i found this bad boy from Timex! sheesh! its a freaking computer on your wrist! it has altitude, compass, temperature, weather, etc.

and this bad boy from Suunto even has the time when the suns going down! i dont even know what to call that function! haha these watches are crazy! i think ill buy one soon.

Clambake anyone?

so today i went to Bolsa Chica for some nice clambake on the beach. met some new people and had some amazing food! we had a huge three piece pot and we put the HUGE lobsters in the bottom section and then stuck some crabs in the middle section with corn and some sausages and to top it off we had the steamed pot full of clams! this was seriously a feast! it was alot of work but so worth it!

New Mission!

a few months ago i went on a burger rally looking for the best damn burger joint but failed.. now i found this old treasure on the world wide web! so back in feb 2006 GQ had an article called "20 hamburgers you must eat before you die" and thats exactly what im going to do! you guys can check out the article here.
so far i got 1 down ( #15 the counter) 19 to go! join my adventure!
