Behind the music/shoe

i updated a video showing some japanese dudes making music from the nike free shoe... i thought it was fake but i guess i was wrong. i uploaded the original and the new updated behind the scenes video. check it out.

i want/NEED this.

so everymorning i wake up and check my emails in my bed with my iphone. i got an email from the hundreds mailing list about a paparazzi backpack? so i opened the email and what did i find... the bag ive been looking for! its a regular looking backpack with a pocket for lap top and a padded section for your camera. and best part is its under $100! i really want this even though it doesnt look the best i think its totally worth it. hopefully imma stop by their store in Melrose and check it out for myself.

boredom leads to progress

i started doodling again and today i doodled this cholo. i had left over styrofoam from my project so i just glued it on and now i have this cholo dude. i wasted 3 hours on this. pretty useless but fun. arts a love hate kind of a thing.

Fatty's

i havent blogged in while so ill just throw my whole weekend into one quickie.
hung out with my cousin this weekend so that means more vegan/vegetarian food and i have to say, im starting to really like it. we went to this place in eagle rock called fatty's. this place is kinda classy and up scale. they have alot of wine and no soda haha. David asked for a sprite and the waiter was like "sprite? no we dont have soda. but we make our own?" haha yeah so alittle more pricey too.

and this baby was the Moussaca! DAMNNN this was amazing. you guys gotta try this one! i hear the cadillac pizzas pretty good too so i'll have to go by again sometime. you can check out their menu.


also i watched the LOSERS. and i have to say zoe saldana (girl from startrek, death at a funeral, avatar, etc) is HOT! the movie was okay. action and some comedy but story wise it was just okay. it was entertaining but not something to watch twice but i dont regret watching it at all.

Last day of Art Center (atnight)

last day of Art Center at NIGHT. it was really fun while it lasted and it went by way too quick. these are our final projects. featuring Alexis, Brittney and Anuja. i was the only guy in my class of four. lucky me right? haha class was a blast i cant wait to take another class!!!

Kick Ass Kicked ASS!

so kick ass came out today (12:01am showing) and i went to go watch it with some friends. this movie is freaking awesome! you guys all need to go watch it. its just simply amazing haha. and Lyndsy Fonseca is FREAKING HOT!!! haha i just had to share that.

poor KEVN

So KEVN finally came out of the kiln yesterday. hes not the color i wanted (probably cause i dipped him in the wrong glaze) and his back pack fell off. im gonna make another one.

im HIGH

im so high right now. past 4 days now ive been high. im so high off art right now. i dont know what it is, maybe because my art center class is over in a week and im going over all my old work but im pumped! so for our last day we need to bring in all our past works and present them so i looked over all my old projects and i didnt like my process book for the salvation army one so i did it all over. the final "GIVE" poster is the same but i redid all my thumbnails, semitights and everything else. so for the past 4 days (minus sunday) ive been pretty artsy. someone inspire me to do something COOL! and you guys should also check out my FLICKR.

also this week i went to 3rd street promenade in santa monica. we had this crepe place on the corner right when you get onto 3rd. i forgot the name but i had the ice cream crepe (2 vanilla scoops and 1 of coffee, the coffee was too strong for me though)
this place was really good. you guys should stop by but its more for the older crowd i think, they serve alot of alcoholic drinks that looked pretty cool, cant wait till im 21. haha

the whole SHIBANG!

so yesterday i waited in line for 2 hours at boiling crab in Alhambra. the wait was killer but when we got in... oh man! it was so worth it. the cajun fries and sweet potato fries were so good. i think i like the sweet potato fries more though. and we ordered 6 pounds of shrimp with the whole shibang mild! it was freaking delicious! and we got sausages too. wow who would have thought food in a bag could taste so good. but the down side would probably be the smell. i can still smell the sauce on my fingers. its gross but i want it again...like NOW!

and for those of you who didnt watch How To Train Your Dragon.. quit being lazy and go watch it! its really good.one thing i noticed though is that you NEED a dragon. get the dragon, get the girl, win the crowd. in dragon and even in avatar. only if dragons were real huh?

ceramics gone wrong

so today i went into class (ceramics) and KEVN came out of the kennel so i picked it up about to glaze it then his back pack fell off! his bag fell off and then broke off into 2 pieces. i guess i did a really crappy job scoring them together. my teacher said i can just put them together and hopefully the glaze will glue them... i hope it does. so i continued glazing kevn and when i finished with all the details (glasses, backpack, eyes, etc.) i wanted to put a layer of white/grey so i dipped my whole piece into what i thought was white i realized it was actually a glaze called K9 which comes out green/blue. so i had to clean it up as best as i could and do it over. i hope it comes out okay.

and now for some CERAMICS DONE RIGHT!

i saw this piece that someone sculpted. its freaking insane! this person got some mad skill.

Guys Night Out!

so today i was stuck at home doing homework all day. i hate staying home and today was hell...until 10! my friends called me up to just hang out so we went to go get ice cream at this place called Diddy Riese in Westwood. the ice cream sandwiches are only 1.50 and for the price its not bad at all. theres always a line but it went by really quick.moreinfo


we went to westfields plaza and their candy machines were broken so they were giving out free candy! so we stocked up.

another cool thing about their mall is the parking lot! they have lights that tell you if theres an empty parking spot or not. its pretty damn cool and convenient when youre looking for spots. and we also saw this "MARVEL" ironman car. i thought it was pretty funny. i like people who pimp out their cars to be so... ridiculous haha



my new addiction, this stuff is BOMB! and for only $1 wow Arizona green tea just got some competition! haha

We see pigeons everywhere but have you guys ever seen a pigeon like THIS!?! meet KEVN, hes 4 years old, rocking a JanSport and some RayBans optics with Steve Urkle glasses string things haha. i finished puting it all together and as soon as i glaze it and finish ill post up some more pictures. im excited


BEREGE's! Julia told me about this place on foothill. they have really good sandwiches. i got the HOT pastrami sandwich and it was DAMN GOOD! the restaurant was really warm and cabin like, i think you guys should all go check it outhere.
